Start by sending us your artwork, ideas, quantity, sizes, deadline and any finishing requirements. We will help you choose the right garments, decoration method, print placement and finishing details.
Once we have everything we need, we will prepare a tailored quote based on your design, quantity, garment choice, print or embroidery method and any added services. When approved, your order will be produced, checked, packed and prepared for collection, delivery or distribution.
You can also mix and match sizes within your order to suit your customers, staff or audience. Depending on your design and production method, you may be able to combine different garment styles too. For example, a 50-unit print order could include 30 t-shirts and 20 hoodies.

How Much does Custom Merchandise Cost?
The cost of screen printing, embroidery and finishing depends on a few key details. These include your garment choice, order quantity, number of print colours, number of print or embroidery locations, embroidery size, stitch count, artwork setup, turnaround time and any added services such as labels or poly bagging.
Share your project details through our quote form and we will prepare a price based on what you need.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days but there will be things that could impact this like garment stock levels and the complexity of your order.
Adding finishing services like labels and poly bagging will take a bit more time than just a screen printed order.
If you have a date that your merchandise is needed for, let us know and we will do our best to meet it.
Can I mix garment styles and sizes?
You can mix and match sizes within your order to perfectly fit your customers' needs.
While we offer a standard size mix suggestion, you'll have a better understanding of your customers' sizes.

Depending on your design, you can even combine different garment styles in a single order.
For example, a 50-unit print order might include 30 t-shirts and 20 hoodies.
What is the minimum order?
For 1-2 colour screen prints, our minimum order quantity is 20 units.
Please note that the MOQ may increase for orders with more print colours or print locations.
